SMF Home Services provides the following services: Residential cleaning – weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually. Cottage turnovers (hotel type services that provides linen wash, surface clean, wipe of appliances in & out, vacuum, mop, deck sweep and inventory check) run 2-3 hours and we can do 4-5 per day on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Home range in size from 6000 sq ft to 1500 sq ft Laundry services – machines at company headquarters, folding and packaging must be done. Deep seasonal cleaning – May, June, September and includes deep cleans – top to bottom, dust baseboards, frames around doors & windows, wash walls, interior windows, appliance interior and exterior, vacuum and mop. We also do interior cupboards moving all contents if clients require it. Carpet cleaning – SMF Home Services provides training and the machine. Post-construction clean – this is intense and usually takes a team of 4 or 5 people 8 to 10 hours per day depending on the size of the house. Other duties as required
